There must be something very wrong with me!! I have been madly cooking for the past two days. I am not someone that normally likes to cook, however this weekend, I have really been craving things that my Mum normally cooks for me!! So I have already cooked a slice, a cake and am now in the process of cooking a roast for dinner!! Oh my f**king god!! I am doing so well so far.
Mum is now here observing and I think that I may even be meeting her approval. I am seriously thinking of taking a picture of the end result to show everyone!!
Oh and I get lots of left overs for work tomorrow!! Yummy!!
