Blonde Again??

I think I may have done something really f**king crazy!! (Actually come to think about it, I am always doing something either crazy or stupid!! LOL)

I decided last week that I wanted to dye my hair blonde. F**k knows why I decided to buy this hair dye. Princess Madds and Matt saw the hair dye the other night and they were at me to dye my hair. Well here I am after one of my crazy f**king ideas and am dying my hair blonde!! I am going to blame Trevor if my hair turns out shit!! (HAHA, thought you would like that one Matt!!)

I was a blonde for a couple of years and now I am going back to it. It won't be a bright blonde, don't think that I could ever do bright blonde, but I am going to be blonde!! F**k me!! It is a bit scary, because I am not too sure how it is going to turn out.

But anyway, once I have done it and it is dried and straightened, I will post a picture of what a blonde Norty Nessy looks like. Who knows the colour may not even work and I might still be a brunette!! :-)

New Years Eve Plans

Well it is almost 2008!! Wow this past year has really flown by. It only felt like yesterday that I was in Sydney with Karen on New Years Eve!! (If only I hadn't felt like s**t, then maybe I would have been up to celebrating!!) But this year I plan on making up for it and going all out and knowing me, wiping myself out!! I guess I wouldn't have it any other way!! LOL

So Norty Nessy is going to the RSL Club tonight and plans on consuming as much Jack Daniels as she can handle!! Actually it is probably going to be more than I can handle, because that happens every time that Jack and I have a rather big talk. Yes, I am sure that I will be suffering from a severe hangover tomorrow, but I am prepared!! I have a couple of Jack cans in the fridge, waiting for the hair of a dog!! Hopefully that will make me feel a bit better tomorrow!! LOL Either that or I am going to be spewing my f**king guts up!! LOL

I am planning on wearing a mini denim skirt out tonight and lets just hope that Norty Nessy doesn't end up falling over the gutter (or sleeping in the gutter for that matter!!) and showing everyone what she shouldn't be showing them. (Thanks Bel for letting me know that my skirt was very short, after we bought it!! HAHA).

Anyway I hope that everyone has a awesome New Years Eve and doesn't stay f**king sober!! LOL

Dr. Paul Schum, 50, the principal of the Catholic Bethlehem High School in Bardstown, Ky., was arrested in October on prostitution-related charges after he was discovered loitering in an alley, dressed as a woman, in leather and fishnet stockings and with fake breasts. Burrinjuck Dam

Princess Madds and I were invited to go waterskiing yesterday out at Burrinjuck Dam, with Matt and his family. So we decided to go and we had so much fun!! It was good, because it was a day that I was dreading and going up there really took my mind off everything.

We left home at about 9.30am and by the time that we got to Gundagai, I needed Matt to stop so that I could get some Jack cans!! It was after 10am, and the pubs were opened, so I figured it was o.k. to start drinking!! LOL

We got there at about 11am and from the moment that we got there, I started to burn. But that didn't make me put on any suncream. I lathered Princess Madds in it, and she didn't really get burnt at all. But I looked a bit red, by the time that I got home.

Princess Madds had a go on the biscuit and she had a great time with Matt. There are a couple of pics of them on the biscuit together. Then it was time for me to have a go on the biscuit. I haven't had a go on one of those things since I was a little kid apparently. So Matt and I got on and for the whole time, all I did was crack up laughing. They could hear me on the bank!! I swear I was almost pi**ing myself from laughing so much.

So anyway we had a pretty good time and got home about 6.30pm last night and I was exhausted. I just wanted to have a shower and then go to bed!!!

Christmas In Canberra

We finally got to Canberra at about 5.20pm and it was so good to finally get out of the car. I had to take my brother to his work first and that was in Queanbeyan (which is a little out of the way, but I didn't mind) and then we had to head out to Tuggeranong, to Princess Madds grandparents place. I was exhausted by the time that I got there and all I wanted was a Jack and coke!! LOL

So Princess Madds grandfather poured me a rather strong Jack and s**t it was good!! It went down rather quickly that is for sure. After a few more drinks, we had a really nice hot dinner and had quite a few laughs.

Then it was time to open the presents and Princess Madds got absolutely spoilt rotten!! I also got a book and a gift voucher, which was lovely, because I was able to get the new digital camera that I wanted!! :-)

It was so awesome to see Princess Madds and her grandparents smiles. They were all so happy to be spending Christmas together. Princess Madds loves her grandparents so much and unconditionally and they are the same with her. (She can do no wrong in her Poppy's eyes that is for sure!! LOL) I now know that I did the right thing by taking Princess Madds up there and that it will be a Christmas that she won't forget.

Christmas

Well what a Christmas we have had!! :-) We woke up at 7 am on Tuesday morning (we would have slept alot later had TJ not messaged me, wishing me a merry christmas!!) and so I raced into Princess Madds bedroom and told her that Santa had been!! You should of seen her sleepy face!! It was rather cute!! She then began to rip open all her presents.

Princess Madds got a scooter from Santa and she was so excited about it!! She has been wanting one for about 3 months!! She also got alot of High School Musical stuff and was pretty chuffed with it all, I think, well I certainly hope so!! :-)

We then got packed and went over to my Mum's place to do more opening there. Mum (aka Santa to me!! LOL) gave me some really nice things!! New underwear, vanilla aroma stuff, a gift voucher for a facial and a leg wax, $150 gift voucher for the digital camera I wanted. Princess Madds then gave me a keyring, perfume, a painting she did, and that is all that I can think of at the moment.

Then it was off to Dan and TJ's place for breakfast. F**k me!! They certainly know how to put a spread on that is for sure!! :-) We had the biggest breakfast!! It was really nice to be there and to see some people that I haven't seen in a while.

Next stop was back to Mum's to get some roses to take out the the cemetary. Then off to the cemetary we go. I hate going there, but that is another story!! Then we had to head over to my cousin Kirrilee's place for lunch. By the time that I actually sat down over there, I was feeling exhausted already!! And I knew that I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me!!

We then opened all the presents and my god, all the presents around the tree, near took up half the room!!! After we opened all the presents, which took well over half an hour!!! Princess Madds, Chris and I decided to have our lunch instead of waiting because we had to get on the road. We had a really gorgeous lunch, and then it was time for the goodbyes.

Then it was on the road to canberra.....

Well I got on the piss yesterday afternoon and had a great time. One of my Mum's friends (who now I guess, I would call one of my friends) came over for a drink with me. It was a drink that lasted till late last night!!! The pics that we took are pretty shocking, especially of me, but I had a great time!!! We had the music blaring, I feel rather sorry for my neighbours this morning, but ah well s**t happens!! LOL

I finally got to bed about midnight last night and I have to go to work this morning and really don't feel like going. If Matt hadn't made me drink so much, then maybe I wouldn't be so tired this morning!! LOL

F**king Idiots!!!

OMG!!! Some people just want to p**s me off!! I had to drop someone off this morning, so head down town and the traffic wasn't too bad thank god!! I then had to go and pick Princess Madds up from my Dads place out at Quinty and then head back into town. I needed to get some fuel on the way back in, so stopped at the Silverlite as I have been told that they are one of the cheapest in town.

So I pull up there and there is only one bowser working. Thats cool, I can handle that. I had one car in front of me and they were taking their f**king time, so ofcourse this is me, I got frustrated. Then another car pulls in on the other side of the bowser and once the car in front of me moves, this old bat is already starting to fill her car up!! I was there first!! Stupid b**ch!! I was so frustrated by this time (10 minutes had already passed!!), then the old bat instead of getting her handbag out of the car and going to pay for her fuel, she walks over to some people that she knows and starts talking to them!! F**k me!! I am f**king pissed by now!! I can't start filling up my car till she has paid for hers!! So I go inside the servo and ask them to do whatever they need to do, so that I can fill my car up!! I finally am able to start filling my car up and then she comes out of the servo and just looks at me as though to say "Did I do something wrong?" Well f**k me, yes you did!! You have wasted another twenty minutes of my f**king day!!

Anyway am finally home now after the frustrating fuel stop and now I am trying to calm down (I think I might need a Jack and Coke at 11.13am!!) and trying to get all this bloody washing done!! I need a bloody maid!! Anyone know of any hot men that will wear a maids uniform? HAHAHA

Two Days To Go!!

Only two more bloody days to go!! Holy s**t!! And I am actually ready!! That is the shocking part!! Normally I am down town today and tomorrow still rushing around madly trying to get last minute gifts. Well this year, I don't think that I have forgotten anyone (I certainly bloody hope that I haven't forgotten someone!!) Ah well if I have, they will just have to put up with it!! LOL

Princess Madds stayed with my Dad last night (he is back from Canberra for the holidays) and we went out to dinner at the Quinty pub last night, which was really nice. Then tonight my Mum is having Princess Madds, as she is on holidays and I have to work for a few hours tomorrow. Hopefully not for too long, I am feeling exhausted already!! (I guess that will teach me for being norty last night and not getting anywhere near enough sleep!!)

So today, I have to get all the washing done, folded/ironed, pack it all tonight when Princess Madds is not here and then hopefully she still won't know that we are going to Canberra for Christmas dinner.

Oh and I got Princess Madds a talking hairbrush!! I can't believe you can get them!! I want one!! LOL

Crazy S**t!!

Yikes! The China Daily newspaper reported in November that local markets and beauty salons in Guangdong province were selling low-priced hair bands made from used condoms. [Agence France-Presse, 11-12-07]

In September, Matt Wilkinson admitted to KGW-TV of Portland, Ore., that he had been in a coma for three days recently and nearly died after he decided to stick his pet Eastern diamondback rattlesnake into his mouth while drinking with some buddies: "Me, being me, I put his head in my mouth." Organised???

I think I am almost organised for Christmas. I have the santa presents hidden in the closet, I have all of Princess Madds presents under the tree and I can't believe it, but I have almost the rest of the family done. I have the gift card for Dad (he has everything he bloody wants and you can't pick anything out for him!!), a beautiful potted rose for my mum, and I still have to get a memory card for my brothers new mobile phone that he is getting for Christmas from Mum. I also have to get a present for my little cousin Alex and then I am done!! I have the presents organised for Princess Madds paternal grandparents and also for her Uncle. Princess Madds paternal grandmother has helped me out and bought presents up there, so that saves me a bit of time and I don't have to worry about packing them before we leave for Canberra.

Only four more days to go!! Then the fun begins!! I can't wait for Christmas night to arrive, I will be in Canberra, and able to have a few drinks and sit back and relax!! :-)

Then on Boxing Day hopefully I will be able to catch up with Teneille. It will be awesome to catch up with her again (I haven't seen her in about 8-9 years!!). We have been catching up heaps on the phone and it has been really good to do that!!

Anyway not much else to report at the moment. I have to work today and also on Monday (Christmas Eve) and then I am on holidays for 8 days!! I can't wait. I haven't had a day off since I went to the Linkin Park concert!! So it will be good to be able to sleep in and not have to worry about getting Princess Madds organised for school or me for work. Bring on the holidays and lots of Jack Daniels and cokes!! :-)

Bad Time Of Year

I am really becoming to hate this f**king time of year. This time of year, feels as though I am on an emotional rollercoaster. I don't know whether to be f**king happy or f**king sad.

I should be happy because it is Christmas time and I have my darling Princess Madds here with me this year and we are also coming up to her 8th Birthday soon. But all I want to do is f**king curl up in my bed and watch life pass me by.

Today, we have the 6th anniversary of my Uncle Eugenes death. It has always been a hard day since the day that he left this world. I miss him more than anything in this world. He was my saviour. He knew the real me and he loved me for who I really am. I don't feel complete with him not being here and not being a part of our lives. Today is a day that I dread. It is the day that I didn't get to say that final goodbye. I never got to tell him everything that I wanted to say. I never got to tell him that I loved him that final time. It is like my heart is breaking again. I thought that the pain was supposed to get easier. It doesn't!! The pain never f**king goes away.

I then get through the agony of losing someone so precious and then the 29th rolls around and I am completely f**ked over emotionally again. I lost something almost as precious last year and now I have to relive that again, like I will have to relive every year for the rest of my life. And to have to relive the whole thing on my own sucks. It really f**king sucks, but hey that is how life is and how certain people are!!

My friends and family are noticing a change in me and they don't know what to do or how to help. To be honest, I don't think much is going to f**king help. It is all f**ked up and I just have to survive the days and get on with it. If I knew how to make everything better I would do it!! So basically I am trying to apologise to all my mates for my foul f**king mood for the next few weeks, please bare with me, I will be happy again one day.

Rach's Chrissie Presents

Today I got home from work, was feeling buggered and didn't check the mailbox straight away. Well I should have, because when I did finally go and check it at 4.20pm there was a card telling me that I had a parcel from overseas. I already knew who it would be from, but I was still so excited!! I had to call Centrelink first and report my earnings before I could go over to the post office and get this special parcel.

So after making my phone call, I drag Princess Madds straight out of the house!! LOL Then we made the huge trek over to the mall (which is just across the road), to the post office. I swear poor Princess Madds was having to run to keep up with me!!

We finally got the post office and the guy says to me, "oh Brooke is going to search for your parcel." Holy s**t!! I hope the bas**rds haven't lost this parcel!! I will go off tap if they have!! LOL Anyway 10 seconds later she hands me this box that is covered in sticky tape and is from Taiwan.

We finally got home and were able to open the parcel and inside were some of the most precious things!!! There was a curious George toy for Princess Madds and also a gorgeous pink little purse which she has fallen in love with!!

Then for me, there was a wisdom calender (s**t I need all the wisdom I can get!! LOL), some elephant incence stick holders, a little vase and a cd. How lucky am I!!

So my darling Rach, thank you so much for taking time to think of the two of us. You truly are so very precious and I had to take pictures to show everyone the lovely gifts that you sent to us!!

F**k me f**king dead!! (Yes, GRR I know that you love me saying that!! LOL) There are some absolute f**kwits on this planet!! I had some f**king idgit today come on to Yahoo Messenger and want to know what the f**k I was wearing and whether or not I waxed down below. F**k off!!! Like I am going to tell some f**king stranger that s**t!!! Do they not have a clue?? Why do these men think that I am going to tell them all this s**t??

Anyway I just wanted to have a rant about this idgit and hopefully he never contacts me again!!

9 Days To Go!!

Holy s**t!!! There is only 9 days left till Christmas!! I am sort of looking forward to Christmas, although I would have loved it, if I had been able to see Kaz and Cass. But it wasn't meant to be and hopefully we will get to catch up sometime in the New Year.

Things are rather hectic here at the moment. Work is so busy, although I don't mind because it makes the time go even quicker. Home is just as busy and it seems as though I have so much to do and such little time to do it.

I have almost got all of Princess Madds Christmas presents organised. The rest of my family.... well that is another story. I haven't even started with them!! Actually my Mum grabbed me something for my Nan this afternoon, so that is one less thing that I have to think about and she also grabbed something for my beloved little cousin James. Plus Dean's Mum has grabbed the presents that I needed for Dean's Dad and Dean's brother, so that I don't have to take them up there as they are chocolates and will melt in the car on our trip up there. So that also saved me a bit of time, going to get them.

Is everyone excited about Christmas?? I don't really think that I am that excited. I really think that Christmas is over-rated, and it costs a fortune now!!! But I do try to do my best for Princess Madds sake, so hopefully she has a great Christmas this year.

Kaz - My Best Mate

Kaz is probably going to either flog me or hug me because I am writing this blog about her. But it all good!! I can handle her!! LOL :-)

I can't sleep, (still trying to get used to certain things) and thought I would get up and write a blog. So my blog tonight is about my best mate.

What a best mate!! We met through some very weird circumstances (pretty long story hey Kaz!!), but she has been my best mate for the past two years and I do not know what I would have done in the past two years without her in my life. She has been my life line in a few situations. Kaz has listened to me rant and rave, talk about all the good times, held me during my darkest hours and hugged me when I needed that shoulder to cry on, got on the piss with me (that doesn't happen enough :-(, but hopefully it will happen again soon!!), but most of all she has loved me and accepted me for who I really am. I would be lost without Kaz. My life would not feel complete with her not in it. She has always been there for me and I am hoping that I am always there for her.

You are all probably wondering why I am typing all this. Well I was listening to a song before and I don't know why, but it really reminded me of Kaz. And the song was Wonderwall by Oasis. I guess Kaz has been my wonderwall and she has saved me. I am going to post the lyrics to the song at the end of this blog.

I guess what I am really trying to say is, that I am one of the lucky ones. I have found a diamond in the rough. And I hope to Christ, that she is always going to be my diamond in the rough.

Crazy Stuff!!!

Paul Keith, 75, was arrested in Framingham, Mass., in November after he had allegedly driven aggressively into the car stopped in front of him waiting for a traffic light to change. How good is my daughter? Princess Madds received another award at school today and this time it was because she has pretty much handed her homework in all the time. She got a blockbuster award, which means that she can go and hire a movie for free!! She is pretty impressed with her self.

Princess Madds also received a 'Santa Award' last week and I believe it was for her being an excellent student.

She has also received her school report and my god, was I shocked!! I was expecting it to not be as good as last semester, but it was brilliant!! I am so proud of Princess Madds. She truly is a very good girl when she goes to school and I may be biased, but I do think that she is very intelligent.

So I am pretty impressed with Princess Madds at the moment!! (Yes, she may drive me absolutely nuts, but she is a pretty good kid and I am proud to call her my daughter) and I just hope that she will keep up this good work and keep on making her Mummy proud!!

Tired

S**t, I am so tired tonight!! I can barely keep my eyes open and it is not even 10pm. Normally I am up till 12-1am, but tonight it ain't gonna happen!!

I had a pretty intense day at work today and was working on just one project, which was quite involved and my eyes felt like they were going to pop out of my head, by the time that I finished work. But I accomplished a lot and that is what I am happy about.

I am trying to get this Princess into bed and she is really kicking her heels tonight. Maybe it is because she knows that I feel exhausted and that I want to go to bed!! Why do children do this to you?

Hopefully I will get to bed soon and get a good nights sleep. Am a little bit tired of this waking in the middle of the night and not getting back to sleep for a couple of hours!!

Anyway enough of my whinging, just thought I might write a blog, whilst waiting for this child to get to sleep!!

Work Christmas Party

Holy crap!! I was having so much fun with everyone and had to leave to go and pick Princess Maddison up from my cousins 30th Birthday party, (which I thought would still be going when I got there at 10pm!) and then came home. Had a bit of a talk to the porcelain bus and went to bed!! It was shocking!!

The work christmas party was great!! I was drinking Jack (courtesy of the Big K!! Thanks Big K!! ;-) I had a really nice piece of rump steak for dinner with dianne sauce. Only problem was that Dave ordered my meal and decided that I was strong enough to eat a 500g piece not a 300g piece!! Holy shit, you should have seen my face when I saw this piece of meat!! I knew that there was not a hope in hell that I would be able to eat it all!! So all I could do was laugh and Pete ended up eating the rest of it for me!! But I did give it a good try and even impressed myself!! LOL

Was having lots of fun with the camera and got some really good photos!! Am pretty impressed with myself. :-)

I was pretty pissed by the time that I left the pub to go and get Madds (actually I was probably alot drunk!! LOL) and got a cab with these two older men who had buckets of fresh prawns!! Oh well on the way to dropping me off, here I am sitting in the back peeling prawns and eating them!! Oh and they were the biggest prawns I have ever seen!! :-)

Then when I got to my cousins, she gave me something to drink. Problem was, it was pink wine that had bubbles!! Certainly didn't mix well with Jack that is for sure!!

Well party season has definitely begun!! :-) Tonight, I have my work Christmas party and then I have to leave there, catch a cab and go to my cousins 30th Birthday party. Both parties should be fairly good, although it is going to feel rather hectic, till I get to my cousins place and can finally relax a bit!!

Anyway I am pretty excited about having a big night, talking to my mate Jack, just not sure if I am going to enjoy tomorrow, hungover!! LOL

No One Guessed What Happened

I can't believe no one guessed what had happened to me with all the scratches. Actually I thought Kaz might come on here and guess, just because she knows!! HEHEHE

Well the reason that I had a black eye with scratches around it and also scratches on my neck, was because my Mum called me early that Saturday morning and told me that she believed my beloved cat Psycho Sammie had been hit by a car. I f**king s**t myself!! So she got in touch with the vet and we had to take him there at 8.30am.

We didn't have a cat cage, so I had to go over to Mum's and hold him the whole way to the vet. Now Psycho Sammie is not very fond of the car. Actually come to think of it, he f**king hates the car!! But he was an excellent little boy and just sat on his Mummy's lap, maybe because I think he was in so much pain.

We got him to the vet and Mum dropped me off at the front door. I made it into the vet and the receptionist put me into the room where they were going to check him out. The moment that we walked in there, he went f**king psycho on me!! He lept out of my arms and because I was holding onto him so tightly, he let his claws out.

So people, this is how you get a black eye with scratches and scratches on your neck, from not having a cat cage!! Oh and then the vet says to me, you should have put him in a pillow case!! Hello..... he was in huge f**king pain, I wasn't doing that to my other baby!!

Anyway he wasn't hit by a car, he had been in a fight with another cat and the vet believes that Psycho Sammie is actually the submissive cat and will just lay on his back when he sees this other cat.

So poor Psycho got banned from going outside for a few days and now he is very wary about going outside.

So there is the Psycho Sammie's Vet Adventure!! :-)

Mum's Birthday Party

It was a pretty good night. And ofcourse, I got pissed.... Nothing unusual about that!! LOL

I think that my Mum had a really good time and she was surrounded by many people who love her. I also think that she was extremely glad that I didn't stay that late and left to go out on the town, as I didn't get an opportunity to my table dancing!! :-)

Jack and I were having a great time together and I got lots of pictures. My Mum was given a new digital camera for her birthday, so I was being rather happy snappy. Problem was, there are more pics of me than anyone else!! HAHAHA

Oh and the guy that I like didn't turn up. :-( Ah well there is always next time.

I ended up going out with TJ and we ended up in Capital. Shit I feel so bloody old walking into that place!! It is full of bloody teeny boppers!! Anyway didn't stay there too long and headed home. Lucky I did, because I was rather ill this morning and am glad I didn't drink any more than I did, otherwise it would have hurt even more than it did!!

Going to Canberra for Christmas!!

I have been a bit busy lately trying to organise everything for Christmas. I am so over Christmas already!! I will hopefully have everything organised by the time that Christmas rolls around.

But I have made some plans that I know are going to make a few people very happy. Princess Madds has never ever seen her paternal grandparents on Christmas Day. And I know how much she would love to get to spend a Christmas with them and how much they would love to see her on Christmas Day. It would mean so much to all of them.

So..... I have organised to take Princess Madds to see her grandparents on Christmas Day and we will be there to spend Christmas night with them. Madds grandmother is absolutely over the moon that I have organised this!!

I know that it is not up to me to take Princess Madds up there during my Christmas with Madds (she has alternate years with her father) but I know how much they would all appreciate to see her on Christmas Day.

It will be so good to watch all of their reactions, especially Princess Madds!! We are not telling her until we are leaving my cousins at lunch time on Christmas Day and then we will leave straight away and drive to Canberra. She is going to be so excited when she finds out where she is going!!

Anyway that is pretty much an update of what is going on here at the moment. Just trying to organise Christmas and put some smiles on peoples faces!! :-)

I have now got Skype on my puter and got to do my "first call" tonight. It was to Rach and f**k me, all I did the whole time was laugh. Rach you are a f**king crack up!! (Yeah, yeah I know Rach, I am not being very lady like!! LOL) It was great to know that neither of us were going to get a huge phone bill and that we could talk for as long as we wanted. Although I think that I am going to need to buy a new microphone, seen as though I accidentally stepped on mine and broke the stand, so I had to hold the microphone the whole time. Luckily I am a multi-tasking woman and can talk and do other s**t at the same time!! LOL

Anyway hopefully Rach will be down under in the next year or so, and we will be able to get on the piss together. (Rach, I am practising to get into piss form and will see if I can get some of that venom stuff for us to drink!! LOL) It will be awesome to be norty and get Rach on the piss!! LOL

Weekend In Canberra

I got back on Sunday afternoon from Canberra and I was exhausted!! I had a pretty good time with Bel, it was so good to see her and to finally catch up on all the years that we have missed out on. Hopefully Bel will be coming down here in December, so that will be really good!! I am pretty excited about that!!

Well we got to Canberra at about 12pm and we went straight to Bels. I had to drop Princess Madds off at her grandparents about 2pm, so we had a bit of time for Bel's girls and Princess Madds to get to meet each other and have a play.

So we went from Bel's place to her Mum's place to pick her girls up and then it was off to Kingsleys Chicken!! I have to have Kingsleys atleast once when I am in Canberra. It is one thing that I really, really miss!! Especially the Fillet burger with coleslaw (yes Rach a chicken burger with coleslaw) and also gravy!! Yum!! Don't knock it till you try it!! LOL

Then we took the girls to Fadden Pines (I remember going there quite a bit when I was a teenager, but it wasn't too play!! LOL) and had our lunch and then the girls were off to play on the equipment. We didn't get to stay as long as the girls would have liked, but we had to take Bel's grandfather to the airport.

After the airport, it was back to Bel's and first thing we did was head to the shops. I need a drink!! LOL So it was pre drinks time for NortyNessy!! Then it was back to Bel's Mums house to pick her up so she could look after Bel's girls for the night. We finally got home and got ready to go out to the Venue.

We got the Venue and it was dead!! I couldn't believe how dead it was. However, I thought that it would liven up a bit. So Bel and I chose a pool table and started to play pool. We were there for a bout 5 minutes when this pissed woman came up to us and apparently just wanted to chat to us. (I personally think that she was a pool shark and wanted us to pay for her games of pool for the night and that wasn't going to happen!!) So we finally escaped from her and a guy that Bel knows ended up coming over and playing pool with us.

So I drank a bit more, played really bad pool and we ended up back at Bel's at about 2am. I was buggered by the time I got back there and crashed out straight away. Plus it may have been the Jack that I had drunk as well.

I had a pretty good night even though it was dead at the Venue. Just being with Bel was awesome!!

Bloody Excited!

Oh my lordy!! I am so bloody excited!! I am off to Canberra tomorrow morning and I can't f**king wait!! It is going to be awesome!!

We are leaving here at 8am and so we should be in Canberra by about 11am. I am going up there with my Dad and Madds and Madds is pretty bloody excited as well. She has been counting down the sleeps until she gets to see Nanny and Poppy. I bet that they have also been counting down the sleeps till she gets there too!! LOL

I am just so excited to be seeing Bel. In a way it is like we have kept in contact all these years, because it feels like old times. I can't wait to get up there and get on the piss with Bel. And to catch up on all the years that we have missed. Although we have been doing quite a bit of chatting on MSN so I don't know how much more there will be to catch up on!! LOL Plus Bel has this idea in her head, that she needs to set me up with a Canberra bloke!! Maybe she is right!! LOL

Going to Canberra next weekend!

Yay!! I am going back to Canberra for th weekend!! Am so excited!! I can't wait. Well for one reason, Princess Madds is going to stay with her grandparents for Saturday night, so that makes me really happy that she will get to see them and spend some time with them. And I know how much they love spending time with her.

But anyway the other reason why I am so excited... I am getting to catch up with Bel and we are heading out on the p**s!! It is going to be so good to see Bel and even better that we are going to be out partying together. Oh shit, look out Tuggeranong.... here comes Norty Nessy!!! Apparently Bel is taking me to the Venue (which was known as the Jackpot bar when I was living there) so it is going to be interesting to see who we run into and how bloody pissed I get!!

One of the things that I miss about Canberra is the night life. It is so much fun up there. Although it costs a fortune to go out when you need to use a taxi (that is why Wendy always came in handy at 5 am!!) but you always end up having a good time when you go out.

Anyway I am so excited and am pretty much counting down till I get there. Only 5 more days to go till I got there!!

Stuie's Back For The Weekend!!

I had a sleep yesterday afternoon, and when I woke up there was a text message from Stuie, stating that I was drinking with him last night!! Well, when Stuie states that I am going to be drinking with him, I normally listen!! LOL

So I dropped Princess Madds off at my Mum's and waited there for Stuie to turn up. He finally arrived and I near bloody knocked him over the moment he walked in the front door!! I have missed him so much!! Anyway my Mum took a couple of pictures of us before we got pissed. Here is one of them.

Anyway we left Mum's and I headed home to get changed and Stuie then came to pick me up. We headed to the shops (needed supplies!! LOL) and then back to his place.

We had such a great time!! I was having a really good talk with Jack Daniels last night. He was going down so easy!! LOL We had so many laughs and we play a game "Have you ever?" I swear I should never play this game!! Because I have done so many bloody things and have to drink a sh**load of Jack!! I always end up pissed playing this game!! LOL

Anyway got home and had the spins etc and am feeling rather crappy this morning, but it was so worth it, seeing Stuie and having such a good time with him. (I miss you Stu!!)

18th Birthdays

It was my cousins sons 18th birthday yesterday and we all went out to dinner last night to celebrate. It was unusual, because it is my Dad's side of the family and to be honest, we don't spend any where near as much time together as what we do with my Mum's side of the family. Anyway we ended up going to Golden Seasons for dinner. The last time that I went there for dinner the meal was crap. However, this time, it was rather nice.

We got to the restaurant at 6.30pm and almost everyone was there. All but the birthday boy!! We all got seated and then my cousin spills the beans as to why her son isn't there yet!! He apparently doesn't drink at all and he had 10 bourbon and cokes and was feeling rather under the weather. LOL When he finally arrived, he looked a little worse for wear. Ah well these things happen when you turn 18!! LOL Now I think that because he is my cousin, I might have to teach him a thing or two when it comes to drinking!! HAHAHA

Anyway we had nice time although we left a bit early as I was so tired. It was good to see all my Dad's side of the family and I think we should do it more often, just that I shouldn't drive, so that I am able to drink!! LOL

Facebook Friends

I have been on Facebook for a while now and have been able to catch up with some friends that I have not seen or heard from in about 10 years. One such friend, Bel, I went through high school with and I don't know why we didn't keep in touch after high school, I guess our lives just took us on different paths. Mine with Dean and hers with Glen. We have been able to catch up on Facebook and I am so pleased that we found each other. We both have kids now and I am in Wagga and she is still in Canberra (in the suburb that I grew up in too!! :-) ) I am hoping that we will be able to catch up before the year is out. It will be so good to see her again. I would have loved to have been able to get up there for Bel's birthday, but because I had the wedding on, I had already said that I would go to the wedding.


Now Bel and I were a bit norty when we were teenagers. I smoked my first cigarette with Bel. I think I also drank my first alcoholic drink with her too etc. There were other things but I better keep quiet about them!! HAHAHA

I have also caught up with a few others and am really chuffed to be able to be in contact with them again. It is really amazing how you join one group on Facebook and you find people from your past that you have thought about through the years and have wondered what they are up to and now I know!!

The Wedding

I went to the wedding yesterday and it was beautiful. The ceremony was a Catholic ceremony and when the boys and I saw the booklet we all looked at each other as though to say "Oh shit, this is going to take forever!" But it only went for about 25 minutes and even by the end of it, my back was killing me for sitting in the pew for that long. I am amazed that the church did not crumble around me when I walked in the door!! LOL With all the sins that I have committed!! LOL I can now understand why so many young people don't want to go to church. The pews that we were sitting on were so bloody uncomfortable!!

The bride looked like a princess. She truly looked beautiful. Her dress was absolutely beautiful and she made a perfect choice with the style of dress that she picked. The groom looked very smick and you could not take the smile of their faces. You can tell that they love each other so much and are very well suited to each other. And her Dad (my boss) had the biggest smile on his face. He looked like a big cheshire cat with his grin!!

The reception was pretty good and by the time that I had gotten to the reception I had a few Jacks under my belt and was feeling great!! LOL And then it was on to the Champagne. Probably not the best mix, but I don't feel hungover this morning, considering I thought it was really going to hurt me!! LOL We (my work mates) left the reception a bit earlier as my head was pounding (I don't like this sinus infection) and we decided to head back to near where I live. So once we got to the pub, I was able to walk home and get changed out of my dress and take some antibiotics.

Oh and I was wearing a dress. It is such a unusual thing for me to wear a dress, that my Mum came over before I went to the wedding and was really happy snappy and taking heaps of pictures of me!! My boss kept on telling people to take pictures of me, to actually show that I was in a dress and not pants and a top!! LOL

Anyway the wedding was a pretty good event and I was so pleased to be invited. When I get the pics of me in a dress, I will definitely have to post them. No one can believe it!! LOL

Bloody Antibiotics!!

Well I went to the Dr. today and it is no wonder that I have had what I thought was a migraine for the past month. It looks as though I have had a sinus infection the whole time. No wonder my head has been pounding!! I went to the chemist this morning and got some sinus tablets and they seemed to help a bit, but after going to the Dr. and getting some antibiotics and only taking one, I am already starting to feel better! There is only one problem.... being on antibiotics I am not supposed to drink on the weekend. Its the wedding this weekend!! Stuff not drinking!! I am going to wipe myself out!! LOL

Not Long Till The Wedding!!

Yeah, yeah I bet you are wondering, when the hell is nortynessy getting married? Like that is ever going to happen!! It would take a very special man to get me to marry him!! LOL Actually maybe a very crazy man would be more of a description!! LOL

No its not me getting married, it is the girl that I work with. I am so excited for her and I have been working with her for over 5 months now and I have watched the process happen. She is so excited and you can't take the smile off her face. Plus she is marrying a really nice, decent guy. They are truly well suited to each other.

Anyway because I have been watching/listening and even advising on this wedding, I am getting really excited about going. I have to go shopping on Wednesday and try to find a dress, yeah picture that nortynessy in a dress!! LOL I will definitely post pics when I get some!! But I guess that I am really excited that I get to get on the piss with my work collegues. Because I work for a transport company, there are mostly male employees and I get on pretty well with all of them, so it is going to be great to get on the piss and pay the piss out of them!! LOL

Oh and then there is the grog subject. I keep on freaking the bride out, that I am going to drink her bar tab dry!! LOL I will certainly give it a good try though!! LOL I know that I am going to have a huge hangover the next day, so it is going to be a very sore and sorry trip up to Young with my Mum driving (I won't be in any state to drive!!) to pick Princess Madds up from her fathers. Hopefully I won't have to stop too many times!! LOL

Boredom

Well tonight I am pretty bored. The Princess Madds has left the building to go to McDonalds with our neighbours for dinner and so I am here by myself with a bottle of JD!! I have almost finished the second glass and am wondering why I am so bored and what can I do. Yes, I could be cleaning the house, yes I could be doing other boring shit, but here I am bored on the internet!! So naturally I am going to all the links that Rach has suggested to give me a bit of a laugh and so it is the church sign generator again. So here is my latest church sign for you all!! LOL

Well my beloved Chester has broken his wrist. Poor Chester, I will play his nurse!! LOL Apparently he did it in the second Melbourne show (I was at the first) and he continued on with the concert. What a champion effort!!

Bloody Hell!!!!

Well I am a pretty tired chicky at the moment. As most people who know me, they know that I love my sleep. If I get ten hours a night, I am one happy girl. Well last night, I thought I might sit up a bit and watch some Austar, so I decided to go to bed around 11pm. Anyway I get changed, do the usual bathroom stuff and then crawl into bed. And what do I hear next??

MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOURS F**KING!!!! Argh!!! Anyway this lasted for about five minutes, (musn't take much to keep her happy!! LOL Or he needs some nasal technology!! LOL) when the noise ceases. And I think peace at last, those dirty F**kers, have a bit of respect, I do if I have someone here!!! But anyway after I have fumed for a minute or so, I drift into a deep sleep.

Then at 5.45am this morning Madds and I are awoken to the sound of.... MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOURS F**KING!!! Argh!!! Now I am really pissed off!!! So I slap the wall as hard as I can and yell at them "You do have neighbours you know!!" And guess what happened!!! The noise stopped!!

Now I know you are more than likely wondering why I am so pissed off about this. Its not the fact that they were getting a bit and I wasn't!! LOL It was the fact that they were loud enough to wake Madds up and she was then asking me what they were doing etc. So I have just told her that they were being noisy, I didn't know what the f**k to say!! And at 5.45am I am barely alive, let alone awake!!!

So ofcourse being that I have now fully woken up, I decide to just stay awake. Not such a good idea for Norty Nessy!! I need sleep!! But now here it almost 4pm and I am already buggered and feel like going and having a nap!!

Ah well, I guess I will just have to pay my neighbours back next time!! LOL

Linkin Park Concert

Well here goes!! I had the best time at the concert on Sunday night. I honestly think that Linkin Park sound better live than what they do on CD. I went mad with the recordings and videos that I could take on my mobile phone!!

They played all the favourites. I think they played every single song that I wanted them to play. The best song I think would have been a toss up between Bleed It Out and they did an accoustic version of Breaking The Habit, which sounded bloody awesome!! They also played Numb, Faint, What I've Done, Crawling, One Step Closer (it really got the crowd going), they pretty much played songs that they knew were the crowds favourites and it really got the crowd singing etc. The only thing that I can say that disappointed me was the fact that they only played for an hour and forty minutes. But the fact that they played all the songs that I love made up for that. I would definitely pay $100 again to see them again. The only other thing that disappointed me was that I was not in the mosh pit. Every concert that I have been to before this one, I have been in the mosh pit, so it was unusual being at a concert like this and having to be in seating. But we had some really cool guys that were behind us (oh and yes one was extremely hot!! And I would have liked to have taken him home!!LOL) and because I was struggling to see (yes I am a shortarse!! LOL) they got me to stand with them so that I could see better.

Oh and Chris Cornell was the opening act. He was o.k. I am not a huge Chris Cornell fan to be honest. I am a bit of a Soundgarden fan and was pleased when he played Black Hole Sun and Spoonman (especially Spoonman), but he just didn't sound as good as the CD's. But hey that is just my opinion.

Now onto the Chester subject!! F**k me!! Holy shit he is hot!! I was drooling the moment that I saw him and then holy crap when he took his shirt off, I was almost (ah anyway you get the picture!! LOL) He has currently saved his head, and I am not too sure if that is my favourite look for him. I have always liked the bleached blonde spikey hair look with glasses!! Oh my god he was still so bloody hot!! And the tattoos!! They are awesome!! I love his tattoos!!

Anyway that is all that I can think of at the moment, but I am sure that I will think of other s**t later and will put it on here.

Oh yeah I forgot!! My bro sounded so funny!! Alot of the video footage and recordings that I got at the concert, you can hear his big boof head singing his heart out!! He had the best time and I am so glad that I was able to make him happy after all the f**king shit he has been through. He also had almost no voice by the time that we walked out and even the next day he could barely talk. I had a pretty s**t voice for the next few days, but I wasn't anywhere near as bad as my bro.

Melbourne Trip

Well I have arrived back safely from Melbourne. Oh what a trip!! What a weekend. I am so exhausted, but the whole weekend was worth it. The concert was great, but am going to do a blog on that tomorrow as it will take too long and I am way too tired.

We got to Em's at about 4pm on Saturday afternoon and I was buggered after all the driving, but I had to have a drink!! I need to get into better pissform (so does Em!! LOL) and so I cracked open the bottle of JD. So we had a drink then went to the shop to get some food for dinner. My brother is such a bargain hunter and picked up some awesome steak really cheap (and it tasted bloody good too) and then it was back to Em's for a night of drinking and BBQing.

I was really surprised too, at how well my bro and Em got along. They hit it off so well and were laughing the whole time.

Em ended up taking us to the Royal hotel in the main area of her suburb and my god!! They scanned my ID, then also took my photo on a webcam and then I was finally allowed in the door. Apparently this has to do with lots of fights etc. We only stayed for one drink as it was not the best pub that I have ever been too. But I can tell you when Em comes up here, it is going to be one hell of a pub crawl!! (Shit I really better get into pissform!!)

Then Sunday I got to go and meet one of my friends that I have been chatting to for months on the internet. It was so good to finally meet her. We met at Williamstown Esplanade and it was a pretty nice day actually. There was a bit of wind, but it was nice to see the beach and just sit there with friends, and relax. It was also just great to spend time with Em. She is such an awesome chick. I am really lucky to be able to call her a friend.

We then headed back to Em's and I had a bit of a lie down before we got ready to leave for the concert.
